Yeah I agree with this. I might buff the halt range by 1m for ow1++.
Also orisa halt has a grace period that allow enemies to reactively escape the halt range (i.e. genji dash). The halt lines are initially white when enemies are in range then turn green after the orb explodes. During the time the orb explodes, enemies can still escape the halt range.
Gonna close this issue as it's more balancing suggestion rather than codebase improvement

Right now, the majority halt shows the green lines for a pull, it fails to pull people when activated. Possibly giving a grace range of 1 to 2 more meters. Especially since her shield has a huge weakness, we can compensate by buffing Halt.
