if you use uppercut (block) and slam directly down instantly while holding uppercut/block then he uses block

(he can get charge with it too but its tank doom dmg and stun) it also gives the 7 second cooldown to block instead of 6 seconds

made the issue visible to everyone

prob won't get fixed until it becomes problematic in ranked lobbies

This issue should be fixed now with the adjusted 0.65 ability lockout fix for uppercut

looks like it's fixed as predicted by @jonjon435
