Love these ideas but don't really think you need to change the total health or HPP considering its single target healer + 6v6. If the suzu changes cant be implemented maybe a lockout during phasing/invuln similar to reaper/etc?

kiriko rework
General: Total health reduced from 200 to 175
Healing Ofuda: Healing per projectile decreased from 13 to 12
Kunai: Damage decreased from 45 to 40 Critical damage multiplier increased from 2.5x to 3x Added damage falloff. Damage falloff begins at 10 meters and reaches a minimum of 15 damage at 30 meters.
Swift Step: No longer makes Kiriko invulnerable. No longer cleanses status effects. Max range decreased from 35 to 30 meters. Base cooldown time increased from 7 to 15 seconds. Cooldown will be shorter based on the distance travelled, with a minimum cooldown of 4 seconds at or below 5 meters travelled. Teleporting to an ally out of line of sight will add 5 seconds to the cooldown.
Protection Suzu: No longer phases out affected allies. No longer makes affected allies invulnerable. Affected allies will instead receive 75% damage resistance for the duration of the effect. Suzu will still cleanse debuffs and heal allies as before.
Kitsune Rush: Now has a minimum cast time of 0.5 seconds. Being stunned or killed during cast time can interrupt and cancel the ultimate. Cooldown reduction multiplier reduced from 2x to 1.5x
