Tracer currently has 175 health. #1540

Tracer spawns with 175. usually 150. not sure if this is a consistent issue or just edge case

Looks like the slider settings from custom game sometimes don't apply when I copy paste the gamemode from clipboard.

Fix is to force game to refresh gamemode by changing some sliders back and forth.
