Bastion reloads machine gun instantly after exiting turret #1572

When bastion exits form sentry to recon mode, the machine gun should only reload back to full 300 ammo after waiting in recon mode for OW1_BASTION_SENTRY_CONFIG_RELOAD_TIME

Currently, the machine gun will reload as soon as he goes recon mode
