Gadgets: add Contextual Gadgets support #396

Found in Release: gwt-gadgets-1.2.0

Detailed description:
Contextual gadgets specific features are not supported.

Workaround if you have one:
1. Use @InjectModulePrefs for including <Require feature= 
'google.contentmatch'> 
2. Use JSNI to return extracted data.
3. After GWT compile add attribute view="card" into gadget.xml Content section.
