Locked Folder Missing #103

What's the problem?
  I installed Lock-A-Folder in Windows 7 and it worked. I then  upgraded to Windows 8 and when I go into Lock-A-Folder there is no folder to be unlocked. I have lost the folder and the files within it.

How often you face this problem ?
  Every time I try to unlock.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
  A locked folder to unlock. Nothing there but a blank page where there should be a folder to unlock.

What version of the product are you using? On what version of Windows?
Loc-A-Folder 3.10.3 Windows 8

Any previous version produced the same problem ?
No

What is the language of your operating system and keyboard ?
Eng.
