unable to reinstall #115

What's the problem?
I deleted the locked folder by mistake also from recyclic bin.I can't able to 
reinstall.when i use lock a folder then i asked me,"do you want to unblock the 
previous folder first?". i click yes but does not worked then i unstall the 
lock a folder.I again download and install it gain but it ask previous 
question.tell me how i could use it again?
