Invalid password and I tried everything #116

What's the problem?
It started when I wanted to open the program. I added the password correctly 
but it said invalid password. i tried again and again. Then I tried other 
options. I used the registry clear file in other trobleshoot topics, 
uninstalled, reinstalled. And everytime I reinstall they say choose a master 
password, I click ok, and then it says 'enter new password so I added it in the 
box. then I clicked ok and they say Enter master password so I added the same 
password as I write a step earlier. But it says invalid password no matter 
what, i restareted my computer, and even tried using the 'manual unlocking' but 
i didn't find the options to do what that method said to do, they say to:
Right click on the folder you want to Unlock then go to properties. Now click 
on the Security tab and then click the Advanced button at the bottom. but i 
don't have any security tab!
 . So now I messed everything up and can't do anything about it, please help, please, there are 40 GB lost in that folder. Please.

How often you face this problem ?
It won't work anymore

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what version of Windows?
I tried several versions.

Any previous version produced the same problem ?
It was the first time I used it.

What is the language of your operating system and keyboard ?
English, I think.
