While changing the OS - Lost my files #124

What's the problem?
  While changing the OS, i lost my locked folder. It is available in FLK file format. I can not open or Un lock the folder. Is it possible to get my files back? Pls. Help.

What version of the product are you using? On what version of Windows?
Windos-SP-2. Lock-A-Folder 3.10.3

Any previous version produced the same problem ?

What is the language of your operating system and keyboard ?
English
