Can't unlock #132

What's the problem? Can't find my folder 

How often you face this problem ? Always

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Can't find the folder.

What version of the product are you using? On what version of Windows?
3.10.3

Any previous version produced the same problem ? No

What is the language of your operating system and keyboard ?
English

Please provide any additional information below and attach debug.txt file
generated in C:\Program Files\LocK-A-FoLdeR or C:\Program Files
(x86)\LocK-A-FoLdeR(64bit windows).
I installed this software and locked a folder but after a while my windows 
crashed so in C drive i installed the windows again but all my software were 
installed in C drive including lock a folder, but my locked folders were in D 
and E drive which are as it is. But now after downloading and installing this 
software again i can't find my locked folders in the sofware.
