After reinstalling Windows i lost everything #135

What's the problem?
I  have reinstalled  Windows,
and I lost everything I had in lock-a-folder important documents
 After installation, I downloaded again
lock-a-folder ,my password is ok , but  
lock-a-folder is empty without documents 

How often you face this problem ?
first time 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 find my documents 

What version of the product are you using? On what version of Windows?
i used the 3.10.3.0  on Windows 7 Home Premium

Any previous version produced the same problem ?

What is the language of your operating system and keyboard ?
 English 
 keybord english 

Please provide any additional information below and attach debug.txt file
generated in C:\Program Files\LocK-A-FoLdeR or C:\Program Files
(x86)\LocK-A-FoLdeR(64bit windows).
