after change os cnt open the fils #142

What's the problem?

there are 3 local disk in my pe  C, D ,E am instale the :lock-a-folder" in  
local disk D and  lock all folders in that disk . then  i will change my OS 
windows 7 in local disk  C  that time  the unlock icon in start menu is missed 
i cant open the instalation location  becose   that folder also locked  after 
change OS am instald agin Lock-a-folder  but  i cant see the lock files 

How often you face this problem ?

how can i  open the files
