What's the problem?
Password invalid , wrong password every time i write the correct password 

How often you face this problem ?
every time 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
nothing i just write my correct password and its said invalid 

What version of the product are you using? On what version of Windows?

lock A- folder 3.10.3
Any previous version produced the same problem ?

i think so 
What is the language of your operating system and keyboard ?
