What's the problem?
i forgotmy password

How often you face this problem ?
every time i try to open my folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i want my locked folders to be unlocked

What version of the product are you using? On what version of Windows?

Any previous version produced the same problem ?
i didnt use any previous versions

What is the language of your operating system and keyboard ?
english uk
