Leaderboard View #14

It would be neat if the Leaderboard was directly visible to anyone, even without playing a game.

What I want for this is angband ladder integration.

Again, this is something we can have for some variants, and for others we need our own C code. Poschengband for example can be run with a command line switch to display highscore and immediately quit - vanilla cant'.
