Timer tracks time to complete level #31

Need a starting gate and an ending gate. As well as a UI to show both elapsed time and the completion time.

[x] Checkpoints stores time since player left last checkpoint
[x] Checkpoint reset also resets timer
[x] Moving after resetting starts the timer again
[x] Current timer displayed in UI
[x] End screen with time when reaching last checkpoint
