Too much momentum is being lost from turns in the air #39

The player loses a lot of momentum when they hit the ground after relatively small mid air adjustments.

Create a range from a minimum to a maximum change that leads to momentum bleed off of the change in facing direction when the player lands. Below this range, do not remove any momentum.
