Currently one needs to build and then install using make install, there seems to be some trouble with it, so it might be a good idea to modify the workflow to include development versions too.
Beyond that, also might need to edit v1 branch's workflow to also push to pypi every single time pyproject.toml version is updated for that branch.

Added the ability to automatically upload dev versions to pypi.
