Summary

Multiple bug fixes for cache, autopep8, civitconfig sorter delete
Added endtoend testing
Added test.yml workflow

Comments After v2 was released, so many bugs surfaced from logical to OS bugs... hopefully with the new testing implemented, the more critical bugs will not appear.
