Rewrites the parser using direct u8's instead of any &[str] or [char].

Closes #4 Closes #8

[x] Numbers (unsigned u32)
[x] Integers (signed i64 used as a full i34324e/i-32e)
[x] Bytestrings (full 2:hi)
[x] Lists (multi-type vectors like li64e2:hie)
[ ] ~~Dictionaries (not included in this rewrite as it wasn't here before)~~

Everything has now been added that was there originally, merging :tada:
