Translation for title/description/comments #73

For Yark 1.4 or onwards translation of titles/descriptions/comments (see #50 for comments) could be a nice feature. Yark started out with a focus towards being an OSINT tool as well as a general archiver so having translation can help on that front.

Users downloading Yark can't share one secret key so a service with no API keys needs to be used to make it free and accessible. I'm alright using closed-source APIs here, as long as they're reliable going into the future and meet the requirements.

(This isn't an issue about translating Yark for other countries, it's about translating titles/descriptions/comments in foreign languages to english which is the only locale at this time)

would this be instead be an option rather than just having that video title in your locale? (but still searchable)

for instance, searching up "cheese" still brings up a video with the word チーズ in it in your own archives.

Not sure how to style it at the moment, the translation might just be on the specific video view or it might be on the video list. If it is on the channel view it would be nice to display the original name with a way to search with the newly-translated english version with a new searchbar or ctrl+f.
