Centred looping carousels skip elements when dragging carousel left to right #1844

Replicated in Mac OSX El Captain (10.11.6) using Safari: Version 10.1 (11603.1.30.0.34) Chrome: Version 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit)

Here's how to replicate. Go to this demo page: https://owlcarousel2.github.io/OwlCarousel2/demos/center.html

Using the top carousel click and drag right to left until "7" is the centred element. Now hover over the 5th element and drag left to right releasing the mouse when the 4th element is in the genre. rather than number 4 staying where it's supposed to it jumps to number 1

Same thing here. Can't slide left item by item.
