Feature Request - Allow use of bind user and password when connecting to LDAP for user authentication. #78

The current setup only allows using LDAP authentication with anonymous binds which many LDAP configurations will not allow. Please add the ability to provide a bind-user and password when binding to allow authentication against more secure LDAP servers.
