API Key management screen #2

Needs a screen to manage keys. The screen should also accommodate importing your characters.

The code must be refactored. After saving an API key, an APIKeyInfo request should be scheduled to fill in the details.

If the key is valid, it should update characters as well.

Depends on #10 obv.

This screen also needs some kind of magical ajaxy-poll shit when you save your key -> load character list.
