All mods broken in 2.0.0. Affected saves no longer load. #33

Don't know if anyone is still hanging around, but as of 2.0.0 all mods are broken.

Had to put blueprints directly into the override folder to keep using my saves.

I'm sure it'll be promptly corrected alongside the Steam Workshop support that's totally still coming...

This fixes owlcat modloader so template mods work correctly.
