Fix icon for PWA on iPhone/Android

Home screen icon does not look good on iPhone, from my testing of #107.

@mykhailodanilenko Can you please list the sizes/formats for Mikael to make icons & PWA splash screens? Re-assign it to him and me after.

General needs: SVG icon

For web:

• a favicon.ico size 32x32
• apple-touch-icon.png size 180x180

Additionally for PWA:

• logo192.png size 192x192
• logo512.png size 512x512

For mobile:

• App icon, size 1024x1024
• Splash screen, no requirements for the size, should ideally be an png file with an icon on a transparent background
