After a client has brought an asset to the Owna store. The Owna manager needs to send an estimation price to the client. To do so,
he will go the back office and the "Send an estimation" tab.
After entering the client wallet address and value of the asset, the manager will click on the "send estimate" button. This must send an estimation in the client section (MYSPACE -> Estimate tab).
