What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Switching Modes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output when going from the Manual to Auto is a control deflection in 
the direction of the first waypoint.  However, when going the other way, we 
experience a slight deflection, and it moves back to neutral surfaces. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
AMP Beta 1.0.1

Justin - I don't understand your issue.  Sounds like normal behavior.  

I flew the code yesterday with no issue switching back into manual....  Can you 
please give more details about your concern.
