Add support for an external LED on the expansion port AN7. LED should be off 
(no power), flashing (not ready to fly) and solid (ready to fly)

General convention for the external LED is Flashing when ready for take off and 
steady solid when GPS is still waiting to lock and quad is not ready to take 
off.
DJI Wokoong has same convention.

initialization.
