GPS Data in log dosn't change #294

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Could not reproduce

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'm using the MediaTek 1.6. I don't get new GPS data sometimes. The GPS Log 
stays the same and navigation failes. Pressing the reset button does not help. 
I have to disconnect the battery. (I shorten the GPS coordinates)

Could you please check again with the current firmware and confirm if this is 
still a problem?

This is the mtek startup issue....  If you use gps auto-detect it is resolved.  
We are not fixing this at this time as we may require auto-detect in which case 
this is moot.
