In CLI mode when entered in TEST>>XBEE, nothing is displayed while range testing and packet loss monitoring is displayed in X-CTU

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load latest released firmware of APM2.011
2. Compile with defaults and upload the code to APM.
3. Configure the X-Bee's at 57600 baud and connect one X-Bee to
   APM while the other to PC where range testing is run through X-CTU
   is run. 
4. Enter into CLI and give command TEST>>XBEE

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Some monitoring data should be displayed but nothing is displayed.
I have also similar observation as reported in issue 303 that some packet loss 
observed in the released firmware APM2.011 and also same observation in 
repository r2517.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tested on released firmare APM 2.011 and also on repository r2517.
I am using Windows XP, SP3 

Please provide any additional information below.

this issue is fixed by 303, no data is displayed on the serial console, this is 
normal, all data is transfered over the telemetry port.
