Logging should start after we have Gps lock. #316

Feature that you'd like us to add or change you'd like us to make:

Logging should start after we have Gps lock.

This avoids those pitch and tilt testings before flight to fill our log. Also 
bench tests at home does not go to log.

In the log there should be only important data from real flight.

And even better, if there are options:
1. Start log when power is switched on
2. Start log when Gps gets lock
3. Start log when plane is flying (Speed more than 3 m/s) 

(These log files are important if we take ortho photos. From the log we get 
approximate coordinates. In telemetry there are always gaps and errors.)

We are running out of code space for the 1280.  I would only implement this 
feature if I had a lot of requests....
