Cannot Enable Battery monitoring via the cli. (not current)
Also when battery monitoring function is available the voltage divide ratio 
should available as well.

Battery monitoring functionality and setup has changed in recent revisions and 
the wiki has not caught up.

Battery monitoring can be enabled either through the cli or gcs via parameter 
change.  For the cli the command is battery X, where X is a value of 0 to 4 
with the following meanings: 0=disables, 1=3 cell voltages, 2=4 cell voltages, 
3=total voltage only, 4=voltage and current.

Wiki changes will catch up....
