Remove byte blob from Attachment domain class #80

The Attachment class has a legacy content attribute which is a byte array. This is deprecated in version 1.1.0 in favour of external file management with a fileUrl String instead.

The deprecated content attribute needs to be removed in the 2.0.0 milestone.
