    Expected behaviour

The field is updated, and the text in the field is saved and is used in the report generated from using http://oxnethaem01.oxnet.nhs.uk:8090/greenlight/consentForm/cuttingRoom -- i.e. in the consent status report.

What happens

The field is not updated if the total string length is greater than 255 characters.

Note

Duplicate in essence of other comment field bug. #90 i.e an implementation error due to lack of domain understanding.
