API end point should be added for Sample Management System to pass NHS number and get whether a patient exists in GEL consent or not.

We do not need to check whether the patient is consented or not
We should just mention if there is a record there for that patient having GEL consent form or not
We can update the current API end point BUT it does not get consentForm Id and also it checks for consenting algorithm, We need to consider this

ConsentStatus API is extended and will return more details such as demographic, formId, consentTakerName and consentDate. BUT we need to secure this end point.
