Ontario, Canada missing data since 2021-06-20 #99

C1, C7, C8, and stringency indexes for CountryCode == 'CAN' and RegionCode == 'CAN_ON' have been empty since 2021-06-20. All other policy data have been missing since 2021-06-22.

Can you please look into this?
