It would be nice to have a model that does flopping with a spin coupled to a motional mode in the limit of small eta.
I'm not sure if we should call this "microwave_flop" or if we should maybe restructure a little: move laser_flop into rabi and rename it to something more general (flop_motion or something to suggest that it's a flop on a spin coupled to a motional mode) and then have two versions, one for the LD limit and one for larger eta.
