Correcting formula for Lorentzian #181

The FWHM was used instead of the HWHM, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cauchy_distribution.

@hartytp do any of the heuristics need to be updated? If so, shall we just rename the model parameter to hmwhm instead in order to minimise the changes, and make fwhmh a derived parameter?
