Fitting failures for Rabi flops and lineshapes #57

The Rabi fits seem to be failing intermittently, even with good-quality data. Examples from Desert Gem that had failed fits to flops are RIDs 103459 and 103460 from 21/02/2023, and for failed fits to lineshapes are RIDs 103481 and 103510 from the same day.

hmmm...the heuristic for omega seems to be off by almost exactly (within 3%) a factor of 2*pi from the correct value...
