We should print as many components as possible. Also, for reproducibility, we should upload the files we used for printing along with parameters and other info used.

Mostly done. Documentation in progress. All parts are printed by an Ultimaker S5 supported by Oxford Materials Characterisation Service (OMCS, https://www-omcs.materials.ox.ac.uk/).
