I've followed the guide and was able to send a test file both to my server and locally. I'm however not able to send a file to DIFI, i do however see this in the log when sending the file:

2019-10-17 11:09:27,486 INFO [no.difi.oxalis.commons.settings.SettingsBuilder] AS2 => NOTIFICATION: not.in.use@difi.no
And it btw just ends like this

Attempted to send 0 files
Failed transmissions: 0
Is the documentation outdated on how we're suppose to send the test file?
