Trying to upgrade from 4.0.3 to 4.1.0 and encountering issues on Sending message. Sending results in nvalid message digest. Disposition: automatic-action/MDN-sent-automatically; failed/error: integrity-check-failed.
The strange thing is we do not see this on 4.0.3. Also tried with version 4.0.4, same message here.
Also testing with Simplerinvoicing probing the url results in : Error: Response is not a MIME message: missing MIME-Version header
