Oxalis log settings with secret-annotation #526

Current behaviour: Oxalis log settings at startup even though they are annotated with @Secret.

Expected behaviour: Settings annotated with @Secret should be masked or retracted from the logs

ex fields: KeyStoreConf.PASSWORD and PASSWORD.KEY_PASSWORD
