Ensure resources are showing on Campaign pages #26

Question is with MSL. Issue seems to be that the template page for all Organisations has been designed to pull through several bits of information (officers, products, news, etc) for that Organisation, but Resources is not pulled through. This involves a pretty fundamental template so I've asked MSL for advice.

Fixed by MSL , 23 Jan. Followup task of reviewing all resources for quality.
