Restore bullet points #33

I've accidentally nuked bullet points. Sorry.

Also need to fix font size of bullet points.

The issue here is that the CSS tweak that enabled groupedmemberlists to work, also nuked bullet points everywhere else. So both issues need fixed, not one at a time.
