Contact email delivery failure #91

I tried to contact the email address listed on the About page (contact@gwasdiversitymonitor.com), but it bounced back.

I then retried contacting the email listed (melinda.mills@sociology.ox.ac.uk), which also bounced back.

Maybe this is because of a change in email address? I see that a different email address, melinda.mills@demography.ox.ac.uk, is listed here.

OK, this is serious, and we need to fix it ASAP (@doug-leasure: lets do this soon when we upgrade the docker to python 3.11?).

Ah; quick clarification here after initial investigation. The contact@gwasdiversitymonitor.com address does work, but it replies with an undeliverable message because the forwarding to melinda@sociology cannot be resolved. So, we just need to change the forwarding address there.
