column name or column order? #11

This is an issue to discuss: At the moment, the .csv files imported are described as column numbers. Would it be worth making sure the column names are correct? e.g. we need "plot_code" rather than "plot", etc.

Definitely worth matching on column name rather than order. this will help smooth data flow into the db in the future.
