Import DBH1-4, LI, CI, flags from forestplots #12

Right now we just import DBH1 from forestplots. We should be importing all data from forestplots, including DBH1-4, LI, CI, and flags. All of these might fit in the dbh_measurements table (and so perhaps dbh_mesasurements should change...)

Liana infestation, crown illumination classes, POM & tree height
tree status and mortality codes
DBH2, DBH3, & DBH4
Flags (1-5)
forestplots wood density figures
lianas
